These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JuStuff website and the purchase of any software license or digital product sold through it (the "Products"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
JuStuff is operated by JUSTECHPRO, a company registered in Latvia (see full details at the bottom of this page).
2. Products
All Products sold on this site are digital software licenses delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Each Product listing describes what is included; please read the description before purchasing.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and, where applicable, include VAT at the rate applicable to your country of residence within the EU. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase. All purchases are one-time payments — we do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing on this site.
4. License delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive your license key and/or access instructions by email, typically within a short time after your order is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout.
5. License scope
Unless stated otherwise on the Product page, a license is for use by a single organization or individual and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed without our written permission.
6. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Please see our Refund Policy for full details on how the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital content delivered electronically.
7. Limitation of liability
Our Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.
